Central Florida Region Director

Pamela Wilson-Caruthers

Greetings! I am honored to serve SISTUHS as the 2023 - 2025 Central Regional Director. The love and passion that I have for SISTUHS, Inc. along with my knowledge and experience will allow me the opportunity to successfully lead my region. As the Central Regional Director, I am committed to leading by:

  • Providing resources and building a genuine SISTUH-ly bond

  • Leading with integrity, compassion, & professionalism

Regional Director Wilson-Caruthers is a native of Tampa, Florida, and was inducted into the Tampa, Florida Professional Chapter of SISTUHS, Inc., in 2009, and has never had an inactive year of service. She currently holds Lifetime Membership status in this illustrious organization. She currently holds the role of Chaplin in her local professional chapter. She has held various roles at the chapter level such as President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Parliamentarian. She also has had the opportunity to chair Scholarship luncheon, Membership, and be on the committee for Activities, Community Service, and Male Appreciation and assist with Lil SISTUHS as well as service in any capacity for the success of the Chapter.

Regional Director Wilson-Caruthers is all about working in the community she is a proud member of Rivers of Life Church Ministries where she is Head of Security as well as the VP of Orangehill Cemetery Restoration Association.

She is the mother of 3 beautiful daughters and her oldest is also a SISTUH, Legacy! She is the glam-ma of 5 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.

Regional Director Wilson-Caruthers also has a passion for acting and when she is not volunteering you can find her acting or directing local shows. Regional Director Wilson-Caruthers believes that it is important to give back to others and volunteer your time as well as resources to those less fortunate.

Costal Florida Region Director

Christina Wilson-Smith

Greetings! I am honored to serve SISTUHS as the 2023-2025 Coastal Regional Director. The immense dedication that I have to SISTUHS, Inc. along with my knowledge and experience will allow me to successfully lead my region. As the Coastal Regional Director, I am committed to leading by:

(1) Fostering sisterly relationships that are authentic.

(2) Executing programs that make an impact on the communities that we serve.

(3) Serving with integrity.

Regional Director Wilson-Smith was born and raised in Tampa, FL. She was inducted into SISTUHS, Inc. in 2008 through the Tampa, FL Professional Chapter and has never had an inactive year of service. She currently holds Lifetime Membership status in this illustrious organization. She previously served on the National Board of Directors for 6 years; holding offices as National Director of Correspondence and Assistant Directress of Policy. At the chapter level, Regional Director Wilson-Smith has served as President, Treasurer, Membership Chair, Scholarship Committee Chair, and Activities Committee Chair. She is one of the founding members of Four Points of Perfection Foundation, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit organization. As an instrumental member of the community, RD Wilson-Smith is also an active member of the Tampa Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, FAMU National Alumni Association, and FAMU Pharmacy Alumni.

RD Wilson-Smith is a graduate of Florida A&M University College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She holds pharmacist licenses to practice in the states of Oregon and Florida. She currently attends DePaul University seeking a Masters degree in Health Informatics. She has been employed by Express Scripts Pharmacy for 15 years as a Specialist Pharmacist.

Regional Director Wilson-Smith currently lives in Apollo Beach with her husband of 23 years, Torium. She has 2 beautiful children, Tori & Aaron. She and her daughter are 1 of 3 legacies in the history of SISTUHS, Inc.

Georgia Region Director

Jacqueline Souffrant

Greetings! I am humbled to serve as your Georgia Regional Director for 2023 – 2025.  I am here to serve as a liaison between the chapters and the National Board of Directors.

Regional Director Souffrant was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas. She moved to Miami, Florida where she graduated high school and attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.  Regional Director Souffrant was inducted into the collegiate chapter of SISTUHS, Inc. in 1999 where she served as the membership coordinator and remained active until graduation.  In 2003, I had the opportunity to serve as the Interim Director of Budget and Finance for the organization.  In 2015, she had the honor of chartering the Metro – Atlanta Professional where she served as treasurer.  Additionally, she also had the opportunity to serve as president and fundraising chair.

Regional Director Souffrant currently lives in Douglasville, Georgia with her husband and two children who also serves in the community service projects with her Chapter.  She is also employed in Fulton County Schools as an Instructional Coach.
